I'm really enjoying trying to identify the different birds I photograph. The people down the street from me have tons of bird feeders and their apartment faces the woods. When I walked the dogs in the morning last weekend I couldn't believe how many different birds I saw! I ran back to my apartment and grabbed my camera. It was freezing but I captured some cool pictures :)

I really like the pictures of the birds. I would have never guessed so many would be out during winter. I am not sure what I thought they did during winter, but I am from S. CA!!

I know what you mean! I knew the Cardinals stayed around because I've seen pictures of them in the snow before but I thought all of the other ones flew south for the winter.
